What can I do if the mother of my child is making visitations really hard to deal with?
Asked in Del Mar, CA | March 31, 2026By example if I don’t pick up the phone at the first ring when she calls she treats me with calling the police for a wellness check on my child or she is constantly calling him on a video call asking him to show her around my house and putting device trackers on him. Plus she always states I’m a bad father and that I have no rights or that she wants to replace me with her new partner. I have all this evidence on talking parents, the app the court gave us to communicate, plus she blocked me from her phone, preventing me from contacting my son.

My neighbor filed a restraining order against me and I in return on them, I had not yet served them with.
Asked in Yuba City, CA | May 29, 2026We had gone to court for their restraining order on me and asked that both cases be as one. So, court dated was changed to merge both cases together. I had not yet served the other party my restraining order against them. In the court document that I was given after court with the new court date ( CH-116 Order on Request to continue Hearing) section 6 Serving (Giving) Order to Other Party; (C-Court) is marked number 1- Further notice is not required. So, my question is do I still serve them my restraining order?
