I was involved in an accident over 1yr ago and I was at fault and now I am dealing with her insurance. What should I do?
Asked in McDonough, GA | December 10, 2025I understand I was at fault…I didn’t have insurance at the time, but now if I don’t pay the insurance company, they will take it to litigation or suspend my license. I don’t know how to handle this or how the case would go.
