  I was injured by a falling tree branch on my neighbor's property. It had been hanging over the property over a walkway we share. It needed to be removed for a few weeks after a storm that must have knocked it down. My neighbor was aware of the dead tree branches but did not take any action to remove them after I complained.

• My 14 year-old son and his friend were riding my son's e-bike and were hit by a landscaping truck’s attached trailer. What are legal options?

  They were riding together on one e-bike together and were hit by a landscaping truck with attached trailer,  6x12 approximately. They landed inside the trailer on a riding lawnmower housed in the trailer with additional machines. The boy passenger has had a 12-hour surgery with more to come. My son hurt both legs, requiring stiches, and many bruises and severe trauma. The boy passenger is still in intensive care.

  Over the last year, on a daily basis, I get between 80-120 calls a day from the marketplace trying to upgrade my current health care program that I've asked not to be called or contacted. I have put myself on every do not call list. And still receive these calls now more that i have filed the do not call list have made attempts to even reach out to Florida DA office to file criminal charges on the US government for stalking harassment. I was told that i need a to contact local police to file the charges but have been meet with total resistance in the matter. No police officer will file my complaint. This matter has put me to a point of mental health being affected due to the non-stop calls daily, Monday through Sunday, between the hours of 8am and 9 pm, and in some cases as late as 11pm if they are calling from the West Coast. I am trying to file a complaint with the FTC, but it looks like it won't be taken seriously either. At this point, I just don't know what to do.

  Miraculously, I only received some whiplash, a bruise, and a dislocated thumb. The doctors tried saying my thumb is carpal tunnel and that it would just get better and to use it more, but it's only gotten worse. The drunk driver does have insurance and is entirely at fault. The urgent care doctor said an MRI of my thumb was unethical when I didn't even request one, but came in because of the pain that was shooting up my arm whenever I put any pressure by trying to open something simple, which I still can't. I don't even know where to begin looking for an attorney. Please help.
