I want to know if I still have rights to get my child back, and if so, how would I go about starting the process?
Asked in Dallas, TXA couple of years back, my baby's mother got her kids taken away, and one of them happened to be my daughter. We were going through a separation when she was going through CPS, but I stayed around to go to court and visit with my daughter, and now I've got my stuff together. I have my own place, and I’ve been working at the same job for over 15 years. I’m trying to see what I can do to get my daughter back.
